We believe we can empower our students and clients through the education of dance, fitness and cheer/tumble. We offer group and solo dance classes for recital and competitive levels, small and large group fitness classes, one-on-one personal training/nutrition sessions, and cheer/tumbling in our state of the art facility. We believe in developing a love for one's self through these 3 styles of movement, and with that, a desire to continuously improve.

A competitive dancer since the age of 4, Ms. Williams pursued her love of dance into college; receiving her degree in Theatre & Dance from The University of Texas in 2011. Since college, Williams has become a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Positional Isometrics Expert. She has received her certification from The Cooper Institute in Nutrition for Health & Fitness and is also a Licensed Zumba Instructor. Over the last 6 years, she has been teaching dance and training clients in Fredericksburg, TX, Austin, TX and Lincoln, NE. "I believe empowerment comes from connecting the mind, body and soul in a synergistic and peaceful unison," said Ms. Williams. She is incredibly passionate about working with others and pushing them to elevate their existence so they can reach their fullest potential possible. Her biggest accomplishments are the clients that learned to never give up and the dancers who discovered confidence through their own authentic creativity.
M-POWer dance, cheer & fitness
M-Power Studio is unlike any other dance studio. Our staff holds a higher understanding of the muscularity & physics used in dance. We don't create dancers that simply repeat choreography taught; M-powered dancers develop a deeper understanding of why and how their bodies can move which improves technique and performance. We are focused on advancing the overall athleticism of our individual dancers by improving:
-Balance: Using a variety of exercises and equipment that challenge the core, individual muscle stabilizers and proprioceptive neurons (sensory neurons that effect balance)
-Technique: with close detail to specific angles and Range of Motion (ROM) using measuring and videography tools, as well as, years of experience in the dancing profession.
-Flexibility: through a variety of fascial tissue release therapies such as SMR/Foam Rolling paired with basic static stretching
-Posture: with close attention to muscle pattern distortions that begin in toddlers and young adults
-Strength/Motor Recall: with help by our certified personal trainer on staff and progressive memorization quizzing/cueing
Our state of the art gymnastics studio is the prime spot in town to develop your cheerleading and tumbling techniques. Led by prior FHS Cheer Alumni and competitive gymnasts, our curriculum will have your child advancing not only their acrobatic/tumbling skills but will have them prepared to take the field and cheer their hearts out.
